When the juvenile refused, the female pushed her down and punched her mouth causing her tooth to break off. The female then fled with the juvenile’s phone. Police were notified and was able to locate the female nearby. The female, who was later identified as Dyanna Hall was subsequently placed under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Fourth Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree. When Hall was later transported to the main police station to be processed, officers recovered a glass smoking pipe with residue which she had concealed on her. Hall was then re-arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
