Petiru is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

On January 9, 2016 at about 2:36 a.m., an HPD Sergeant was patrolling the Kapiolani Boulevard area when he observed a moped being operated with two occupants on it. The HPD Sergeant initiated a stop on the moped at which time he observed that the moped’s ignition had been punched. Further checks revealed that the moped had been reported stolen on January 7, 2016 from the Punahou Area. The driver of the moped, later identified as Masaki Petiru, was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle. While patting down Petiru after his arrest, Officer’s recovered a glass smoking pipe with whitish residue in Petiru’s pants pocket. Petiru was then also arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia. Petiru has no prior conviction and frequents the Honolulu area.

Dickerson is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial Call before the Honorable Paul B.K. Wong on June 21, 2017.

On December 22, 2016 at about 2:45 p.m., Dickerson was a guest staying at the Outrigger Reef Hotel when she tried to use a voucher to pay for her bill. The hotel manager later discovered that the voucher was fraudulent and when he confronted her, she tried to flee the area. Hotel security was able to locate Dickerson at which time police were notified. Dickerson was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. Dickerson has no prior convictions and has no known local address.

Helly is wanted for a $100,000 warrant for failure to appear for sentencing.

On May 8, 2008, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the victim was walking through Makiki District Park when he was involved in a physical confrontation with Helly. During the confrontation, Helly used a dangerous instrument to stab the victim. Police were called and Helly was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Pagilawan is wanted for a $25,000 warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

On June 17, 2016 at about 6:00 p.m., the complainant had just parked his vehicle when he was approached by a male who pointed a handgun at him and fired two shots towards him. The complainant got back into his vehicle and drove away. The complainant later located the male that had fired the shots at him and called police. Prior to police arriving, the male got into the passenger side of a vehicle that Pagilawan was driving and fled the area. Through investigation, Pagilawan was positively identified as the get away driver. On July 27, 2016 at 12:40 p.m., Pagilawan was located and placed under arrest for Hindering Prosecution in the First Degree. Pagilawan fifteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kaneohe and Honolulu Areas.

Donovan Collier who is wanted for an $11,000 Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

On February 7, 2008, two males were apprehended for a burglary that occurred on Alahaka Street. One of the males was identified as Collier who was searched was found in possession of the complainant’s property that was positively identified by the complainant. Collier was placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. He has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Matthew Okumura is wanted for a $30,000 Info Charge Warrant.

On September 20, 2010, at approximately 5:25 pm., the complainants returned to their apartment on South Street and confronted a male in their living room. Another male appeared from behind the door and both males fled from the apartment. Security for the building was notified and reviewed surveillance video. One of the males on the video was observed using a fob key to enter the building. The key was registered to a resident of the building and her son was identified as the user. The male was located and arrest by police for the burglary. During the interview he identified Okumura as the other male involved in the burglary. Okumura has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Malika Morris who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Trial Call on March 9, 2017.

On April 10, 2016, Morris used a debit card to pay for her hotel room in Waikiki. On April 11, 2016, the owner of the card noticed a fraudulent charge on his card and called the hotel who immediately initiated an investigation. The employees of the hotel were instructed to call police upon Morris’s return. She was located and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft in the Second Degree. She has one prior conviction and is from Oakland, California.

Cheryl Arthur is wanted for an $11,000 probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation.

On October 1, 2003, the complainant began receiving mail from companies for charges on credit cards that she did not open. She called the credit companies to file a fraud case and was informed that a charge had just been made to purchase an Apple computer and it was being mailed. The fraud investigator confirmed the shipment and found the package and the delivery address. A sting operation was conducted by the Honolulu Police Department and the delivery was made to an address in Waianae. Upon delivery of the laptop officers converged on the home and served the occupant a search warrant. The resident in possession of the computer was identified as Arthur and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, and Attempted Theft in the Second Degree. She has five prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

On April 3, 2010, at approximately 3 p.m., a loss prevention agent for Macy’s located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center received and anonymous tip about a female shoplifting. The female was observed on CCTV and by a loss prevention agent on the floor removing several clothing items and placing them into a bag she was carrying. The female exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained outside of the store. Police were called and Nakamura was positively identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. She has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Mililani area.

On December 30, 2014, the complainant was assaulted on Keeaumoku Street and lost his wallet during the assault. In his wallet were two First Hawaiian Bank blank checks from his company. The complainant called the bank to cancel the checks. On December 31, 2014, a male entered the First Hawaiian Bank on South King Street and attempted to cash a check. The teller ran a check and found that the check had been reported stolen. He notified his supervisor who called the police. The male was positively identified as Purdy and placed under arrest for Forgery in the Second Degree. He has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On May 8, 2008, at approximately 12:50 a.m., the complainant was walking in Waikiki when he was approached by an intoxicated male. The male grabbed the complainant and attempted to punch him. The complainant ran and the male chased after him and demanded his necklace. A security guard approached them and was informed of the robbery. Police were called and identified Smith who was placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. He has twenty prior convictions and has no local address.

On August 9, 2006, the complainant‘s vehicle was broken into while parked at James Campbell High School and her purse taken from the front seat. A police report was made and fingerprints were recovered from inside the vehicle and submitted for identification. The fingerprints were a match for Pasion who was in custody for an unrelated UEMV and Burglary case. He was interviewed at the Main Police Station and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. He ahs eighteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach area.

On February 14, 2012, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the victim was drinking with his friend Bolduc fronting the Honolulu Design Center when the victim was assaulted. Bolduc struck the victim numerous times causing multiple injuries. The victim was transported to the hospital and Boldoc was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. He has one prior conviction and is has no local address.

On June 2, 2014, at approximately 9:45 a.m., the complainant received and alert on his phone the there was motion in his bedroom. He was able to view the surveillance camera in real time and observed an unknown male searching the room. Police were called and proceeded to the home on Lanakila Avenue and located a male hiding behind the house. The complainant arrived home and showed the officers a screen shot of the male that matched the suspect detained. He was positively identified as Quinto and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. Quinto has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Jerry Maae Jr. who is wanted of r and $11,000 Probation revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

On April 6, 2013, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a male operating a moped was struck by a van that fled the scene. Police searched the area and were unable to locate the van or driver. On April 7, 2013, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Maae located the vehicle and called the victim and another friend who confronted the driver and struck him several times. Police arrived and identified Maae and placed him under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. Maae has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

On February 15, 2013, a male entered the Neiman Marcus Store located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center and was observed by a Loss Prevention officer in the Women’s Designer clothing area. The male was seen removing two Dolce Gabbana jackets and placing them into a Burberry shopping bag. The male exited the store without making payment and was stopped and detained for police. He was identified as Way and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. He ahs 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area.

Adam Fili Jr. who is wanted for an $11,000 Deferred Acceptance Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his deferred acceptance plea.

On March 30, 2013, at approximately 3 p.m., three males were walking on Waimano Home Road and were confronted by a male on a bike. The male took a hat from one of the males and rode off. The males continued to their destination and later went to a barbershop where two of the males were confronted by the same male and two of his friends. One of males demanded one of the victim’s wallet while the other two males searched him and took his cellular phone and game player. All three males fled towards a nearby park. Police were called and located three males at Pacheco Park who were positively identified by the victims. One of the males was identified as Fili Jr. and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree and Theft in the Second Degree.

Fili has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach area.

Richard Joe is wanted for an $11,000 Probation Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

On August 3, 2012, at approximately 5:15 p.m., the complainant left her bag on the beach fronting the Moana Surfrider. Upon returning a short while later she found that her been taken and witness provided a description of the male. The witness and complainant went to the Waikiki Substation to make a police report.

While in the station the witness observed the male suspect nearby and confronted him and retrieved the complainant’s items. The male was located by police and identified as Joe. He was placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. HE has nine prior convictions and is known to frequent Honolulu area.

ON July 1, 2011, the complainant parked her van at approximately 10:48 p.m., on Ohekani Loop and Ohekani Place and returned shortly to find a male in the passenger seat searching her glove compartment. She also observed that her purse and black backpack were on the ground outside of the van. She confronted the male who fled on foot towards Halawa Housing. The complainant and her husband gave chase and were able to stop and detain the male on Kohomua Street. Police arrived, positively identified the male as Engichy, and placed him under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

He has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea area.

On November 1, 2015, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the victim got off the bus on North King Street and Liliha Street and noticed a male standing at the bus stop. She continued walking home and was approached from behind by the male who placed a sharp object to her back, demanded her phone, and fled the area. The victim met with her cousin and together they reported it to the security person at Mayor Wright Homes who called the police. While waiting for the police the suspect returned to the scene and was identified by the victim. While speaking to the male the victim observed her phone in his hand. He was identified as Jacob and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

He has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
