WANTED

Denny Gervacio is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation. On October 23, 2018, at about 3:50 p.m., an HPD Officer was patrolling the Pearl City area when he observed a Toyota Corolla being driven by a male. The vehicle was being driven with its’ trunk open and had an expired registration. The Officer stopped the driver and upon making checks of the vehicle it was discovered that it had been reported stolen on September 29, 2018, from the Aiea area. The male, who was identified as Denny Gervacio, was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle. Gervacio has 23 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Haleiwa area. Wanted as of 11/20/2024
