WANTED

Patrick Talosaga is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Court. On April 1, 2024, between 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., on the H-1 Freeway westbound near the Waimalu area, two vehicles almost collided, and the male occupants of each vehicle exchanged words, which led to a physical altercation. The male suspect exited his vehicle and approached the complainant’s vehicle and made unauthorized entry into the vehicle, and assaulted the complainant, who was seated within. The male suspect also caused damage to the windshield of the complainant’s vehicle before fleeing the area. Police were notified and were able to locate and detain the male suspect. The male suspect was positively identified as Patrick Talosaga. On April 1, 2024, at approximately 4:40 p.m., he was arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree. Patrick Talosaga has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach, Honolulu, and Pearl City areas. Wanted as of 11/10/2025
