WANTED

Deborah Carlisle who is wanted for two warrants totaling $36,000 failure to appear for Probation Review Hearing on September 16, 2014. On June 14, 2013, two females entered the restrooms located at Nani Kai Beach Park and was confronted by a female already in the restroom. While the females were changing the other female began yelling at them, brandished a weapon, and threatened them. The females left the restroom and called the police. Upon their arrival they met the victims who identified the female in the restroom. She was located, identified as Carlisle, and place under arrest for two counts of Terrortistic Threatening in the First Degree. Wanted as of 09/30/2015
