WANTED

Juliana Goucher is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Contempt warrant for failure to appear for on February 11, 2014, for a HOPE Modification hearing. On February 5, 2012, the complainant left her residence locked and secured at approximately 12:30 p.m., upon returning at 4:30 p.m., found that her house had been entered and items missing. Surveillance video was reviewed and Goucher who was the complainant’s home care nurse was observed entering and removing the items that were missing. She was positively identified, located and arrested for Burglary in the First Degree. She has seventeen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area. Wanted as of 08/09/2016
