WANTED

Shelly Gandall is wanted for a $20,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for hearing on Motion of Modification of the terms and conditions of Probation on December 22, 2015. On August 15, 2013, the complainant was reviewing her bank statement due to her purse being stolen from her vehicle, and found that two checks were deposited into an account for Gandall that was not authorized. Police conducted an investigation and found that the checks had been altered and signed by Gandall and deposited into her account. She was located, positively identified, and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the 2nd Degree, Forgery in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft in the Second Degree. She has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Ewa Beach areas. Wanted as of 02/14/2017
