WANTED

Pagilawan is wanted for a $25,000 warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation. On June 17, 2016 at about 6:00 p.m., the complainant had just parked his vehicle when he was approached by a male who pointed a handgun at him and fired two shots towards him. The complainant got back into his vehicle and drove away. The complainant later located the male that had fired the shots at him and called police. Prior to police arriving, the male got into the passenger side of a vehicle that Pagilawan was driving and fled the area. Through investigation, Pagilawan was positively identified as the get away driver. On July 27, 2016 at 12:40 p.m., Pagilawan was located and placed under arrest for Hindering Prosecution in the First Degree. Pagilawan fifteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kaneohe and Honolulu Areas. Wanted as of 10/03/2017
