WANTED

Pulusila is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of HOPE Probation. On September 9, 2015 at about 12:05 a.m., an HPD Officer was on patrol in the Waipahu area when he observed a male operating a moped in a commercial business area. When the male saw the Officer, he quickly parked the moped and began walking away from it. When the Officer made checks on the moped, he discovered that it had been reported stolen on September 1, 2015 from the Pearl City area. The Officer was able to locate the male, later identified as Chris Pulusila, a short distance away and place him under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle. Pulusila has 5 prior convictions and frequents the Honolulu area. Wanted as of 07/03/2018
