Last Known Location: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Andrew Fine, who was last seen on March 18, 2016. He was seen leaving the Lehoku Street area in Waianae in his blue four-door 2000 Dodge Stratus bearing Hawaii license plate number NZA 916. He suffers from a medical condition that requires daily medication and has not been seen or heard from since. He is known to frequent the Waianae, Makaha, and Pearl City areas.
