Wanted Fugitive: Joshua Feliciano Jr.
February 24, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joshua Feliciano who is wanted for a $100,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Execution of Mittimus on January 17, 2020 before the Honorable Trish Morikawa.

 

On April 4, 2019 at about 11:30 a.m., the complainant returned to his residence in the Kaneohe area when he observed an unknown male inside of his home. The complainant confronted the male at which time the male fled. Police were notified and was able to locate the male in the passenger seat of a vehicle being driven by a female. As officers approached the vehicle, the male instructed the female driver to keep on going. The driver then rammed their vehicle into the responding Officer’s vehicle’s causing damages and injuries to the officers. The officers were later able to stop the vehicle and placed the male, who was identified as Joshua Feliciano, under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree and Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree.

 

Feliciano has ten prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area.

February 22, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Epaferoti Fano who is wanted for a $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

                                               

On June 1, 2017, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the victim was walking in the Iwilei area when he was approached by a male. The male brandished a large knife and told the victim that he would stab him if he didn’t empty out his pockets. The victim then removed forty five cents and a piece of tissue from his pockets and showed it to the male. The male became angry and started to make stabbing motions with the knife causing the victim to run away. The male then caught up with the victim and used a folding metal barricade to assault the victim causing him to sustain multiple injuries. Police were notified and was able to locate the male, later identified as Epaferoti Fano, and placed him under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree and Assault in the Second Degree.

 

Fano has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On August 31, 2017, the victim reported to her school counselor that a male had sexually assaulted her. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Delvonn Kamaka. He was later located and placed under arrest for Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree.

February 15, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Darren Ragmat who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On April 30, 2007, the victim was at her home in the Waianae area when a male knocked at the door. When the victim opened the door, the male forced his way into the home. The male then tied the victim’s hands and sexually assaulted her then prevented her from escaping. The following day, a family member went to check on the victim at which time she was able to escape and call police. The male, who was identified as Darren Ragmat, was later located and placed under arrest for Kidnapping and Sexual Assault in the First Degree.  

 

Ragmat has 7 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Wanted Fugitive: Derek Aki
February 08, 2020

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Derek Aki who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.

 

On July 1, 2019 at about 4:00 p.m., a witness observed two males carrying items out of his neighbor’s home in the Manoa area. The witness confronted the males and notified police and the home owner. The home owner arrived on scene and informed the officers that he did not know the males and that the items they were carrying were taken from within his home. One of the males, who was identified as Derek Aki, was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. While Aki was being placed under arrest, officers recovered a clear packet of crystal methamphetamine from his hands. Aki was then also placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree.

 

Aki has 13 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawa area.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Richard Avilla who is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation

 

On July 19, 2017, at approximately 8:00 a.m., a male entered the Tamura’s Store in Waianae and tried to purchase some items with a $20.00 bill. The cashier examined the bill and noticed that the bill was obviously fake and informed the male. The male began to argue with the cashier at which time the police were notified. Upon their arrival, they confirmed that the bill was a counterfeit and placed the male, who was identified as Richard Avilla, under arrest for Forgery in the First Degree.

 

Avilla has 14 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

On November 20, 2015 at approximately 1:20 a.m., the victim was involved in an argument with a female inside of her home in the Pauoa area. As the argument escalated the female grabbed a kitchen knife and threatened the victim. Police were notified and later placed the female, who was identified as Janet Visser, under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Alexander Takeo who is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.  

 

On September 8, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the victim was walking inside of Aala Park when he was confronted by a male who was carrying a machete. The male swung the machete at the victim causing him to sustain injuries.  The male later chased the victim with the machete causing him to feel threatened. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Alexander Takeo, under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating David Majors who is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On February 4, 2000 at about 10:25 p.m., a male approached a sliding glass door to a residence in the Makakilo area and observed several juvenile females within. The male told the females that he would give them cigarettes if they performed a lewd act on him and also requested to be let in. When the females refused, the male took his clothes off and forced his way into the home. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as David Majors, was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

On September 26, 2012 at about 2:10 p.m., the victim was in her apartment in the Ala Moana area when a male began to knock on her door. The victim told the male to leave at which time he kicked in the front door and entered the apartment. The victim ran outside to her patio and tried to call 911 but the male grabbed her phone and threw it over the railing. The male then grabbed the victim causing her to sustain bruises to her arm and leg. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Lorne Palisbo. He was later located and placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

November 09, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Kaio who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On January 25, 2018, at about 4:25 p.m., the juvenile victim was sitting in front of the Waianae 7-11 store and counting his money. As the victim was counting his money, a male approached him from behind and placed a knife to his neck. The male then grabbed the victim’s money and fled. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Robert Kaio, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree

November 02, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Theotis White who is wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

On July 17, 2019 at about 2:58 p.m., the victim was driving westbound on the   H-1 Freeway near the Pali off ramp when he observed a vehicle pull alongside him. The victim then observed the driver to be holding a gun and waving it in the air. When the victim tried to get away, the driver shot at him several times causing him to sustain multiple gunshot wounds. Police were notified and through the investigation, the shooter has been identified as Theotis White. He is now wanted on a $1,000,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.

 

White has 2 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

October 26, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mark Press who is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

 

On June 24, 2017, at about 4:58 p.m., the victim was sitting with his family at a picnic table at Ala Moana Beach Park when two males approached them. The victim asked the males to leave at which time an argument ensued. One of the males then stabbed the victim with a knife while the other male threatened the victim with a broken glass bottle. Police were notified and was able to locate both males nearby. The male who threatened the victim with the broken glass bottle was identified as Mark Press. He was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

On December 12, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., the complainant was in the bedroom of her Ewa Beach home when she observed flashlights beaming from another portion of the home. The complainant called her family members to check on the home at which time they located two males walking out of the property carrying items belonging to the complainant. Police were notified and placed both males under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree. One of the males was identified as Jeremee Smith.

 

Smith has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kaneohe area.

On December 14, 2018, the complainant discovered that a large amount of money had been taken from within the company’s account. Police were notified and through the investigation, the person who took the money was identified as Frank Wilson. He is now wanted on a $30,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Computer Fraud in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree.

On July 29, 2018 at about 1:23 a.m., the victim was riding his skateboard on Ala Wai Boulevard when a male holding a knife jumped in front of him and began to make stabbing motions at him. The victim was able to fend the male off with his skateboard and run away. Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male who was identified as Faustino Litulumar, was subsequently placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

July 27, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Pau’ulu Lavatai who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

 

On March 20, 2015, at about 7:35 a.m., two males entered the Valley Market in the Palolo area and approached a female employee behind the counter. The males began to assault the female employee and tried to take items. The employee’s husband intervened at which time he was struck numerous times on his head with a metal pipe. The males then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Police were notified and through the investigation, one of the males was identified as Pau’ulu Lavatai.  He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree.

 

He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Kapolei, Waimanalo and Honolulu areas.

June 17, 2019

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Lauren Kaehuaea who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for Failure to Appear for HOPE Hearing on 3/19/19.

 

On June 15, 2015, at approximately 2:12 p.m., an employee of the Kapolei Safeway store observed a male to enter the store then select and conceal four bottles of Tequila into his bag. The male then attempted to leave the store without making payment for the items. The employee tried to stop the male but the male punched the employee’s face at which time a struggle ensued for the bag. Another employee was able to recover three of the bottles but the male smashed the fourth bottle onto the ground then fled.  Police were notified and was able to locate the male nearby. The male, who was identified as Lauren Kaehuaea, was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.  

 

Kaehuaea has 4 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.
