Lawren T. Jesus is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.
On July 30, 2024, at approximately 5:30 a.m., on a residential property in the
Waikiki area, a male suspect was observed to have been on the property
unlawfully. When the complainant, who was an authorized agent of the property,
asked the male suspect to leave the property, the male suspect made threats by
partially displaying a revolver-style handgun, causing the complainant to fear for
his safety. The complainant called 911 for assistance, but the male suspect left
the property before the Officers arrival. On July 30, 2024, at approximately 5:48
a.m. Officers detained a male in the area matching the description of the suspect
in this case. Lawren T. Jesus was positively identified as the male suspect who
made threats by partially displaying a revolver-style handgun and was arrested
for Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.
Lawren T. Jesus has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu, Waikiki, and Waianae areas.

Tovia E.F. Kelemete is wanted on a $50,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Appear for Trial.
On April 19, 2024, at approximately 4:10 p.m., at a Pearl Kai area Bus Stop, the
complainant observed a male sitting next to him looking into his shopping bag
and making comments about his personal items. The male then reached into the
shopping bag, removed a backpack belonging to the complainant, and fled the
area. The complainant called 911 for assistance. Responding Officers detained
the male matching the physical description given by the complainant, who was
also in possession of the backpack. Tovia E.F. Kelemete was positively
identified as the suspect who took the complainant’s backpack. On April 19,
2024, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Kelemete was arrested for Theft in the Second
Degree.

Elijah Castro-Santiago is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to
Appear for Resentencing.
On April 21, 2020, at approximately 7:33 p.m., the complainants, who are owners
and employees of a Kalihi area Convenience Store, attempted to prevent a male
from leaving the store without paying for the items he had selected. The male
displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded money, then threw
merchandise at the complainants as he fled before Officers arrival. On April 21,
2020, at approximately 7:54 p.m., responding Officers detained a male suspect
matching the description given by the complainants. On April 21, 2020, at
approximately 9:11 p.m., Officers positively identified Elijah Castro-Santiago as
the person who used a handgun in the process of committing theft and was
placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.
Castro-Santiago has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu and Waianae areas.

Kai K. Hao is wanted for a $100,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.

On November 13, 2023, at approximately 12:56 p.m., in the Pearl City area, the suspect was unlawfully operating a motor vehicle, a Nissan Sedan, which did not belong to him. While operating the Nissan Sedan, the suspect collided with another vehicle and fled the area on foot toward a nearby business. The suspect then unlawfully entered an Isuzu Truck belonging to the business and fled the area in the vehicle. Officers responded to the scene but did not locate the suspect nor the Isuzu Truck.

On November 13, 2023, at approximately 1:33 p.m., Officers located the Isuzu Truck but not the suspect and therefore conducted the initial investigation. As a result of the investigation, witnesses positively identified Kai K. Hao as the suspect who operated both vehicles unlawfully. On December 11, 2023, Hao was subsequently charged by The Prosecutor’s Office on two counts of Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle in the First Degree.

Hao has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Aiea, Kapolei, and Pearl City areas.

Davonta Tyrell Lewis is wanted for a $500,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant.

On January 7, 2024, at approximately 1:55 a.m., in the parking lot of a Keeaumoku area Club, two individuals were robbed by a male using a firearm in which one shot was discharged in the air. Responding Officers arrived but were unable to locate the male who shot at and robbed the complainants who were uninjured. On January 16, 2024, at approximately 4:05 p.m., through information from the investigation, Lewis was located and subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree, Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, and Use of Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

Lewis has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Waipahu areas.

Rex W. Kahumoku Jr. is wanted on a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the terms and conditions of Probation.

On October 21, 2022, at about 12:50 a.m., a male unlawfully entered the complainant’s Kaneohe residence. The complainant was awakened and confronted the male within his residence. The male left the residence, was detained nearby, and positively identified by the complainant as the male who unlawfully entered his residence. Rex W. Kahumoku Jr. was placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree on October 21, 2022, at about 1:19 a.m., by responding Officers.

Elliott Mathias is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Motion for Revocation of Probation and Resentencing.

On April 27, 2022, at approximately 2:30 p.m., an unknown suspicious male was observed to be trespassing on the private property of a Waipahu business. The complainant who was the owner of the property confronted the male later identified as Elliott Mathias and informed him that he was trespassing. Mathias threatened the complainant with a machete and fled before Police arrived.

On April 27, 2022, at approximately 3:11 p.m., responding Officers located and positively identified Mathias as the suspect who threatened the complainant. Mathias was subsequently placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Mathias has twenty-three prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

DePaul Leuta is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial.

On December 9, 2023, at approximately 1:53 a.m., outside an illegal game room establishment located in Kalihi, two individuals were shot at and each received a single non-life threatening gun-shot wound from the male later identified as Leuta. Responding Officers arrived and were able to locate and confirm positive identification of Leuta as the male who shot at the complainants. A brief struggle occured in which Leuta head butted a responding Officer while attempting to flee and discard the firearm. On December 9, 2023, at approximately 2:10 a.m., the firearm was recovered from the scene and Leuta was subsequently placed under arrest for Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, and Harassment on a Law Enforcement Officer.

Leuta has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Malia Morrison is wanted for a $20,000 Warrant of Arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

On October 16, 2024, at about 6:58 p.m., a female entered the Navy Exchange on Bougainville Drive and loaded her shopping cart full of items. The female then exited the store without making payment for the items. An employee confronted the female outside of the store at which time the female sprayed him with pepper spray. Other employees intervened and detained her until the arrival of police. The female, who was identified as Malia Morrison was subsequently placed under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree.

Morrison has no prior conviction and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach area.

Brandon Torres is wanted for a $75,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

On October 19, 2022, at about 6:35 p.m., a male and female entered the Pearlridge Macy’s store then selected and concealed some merchandise. They then exited the store without making payment for the items. A loss prevention officer stopped the both of them outside of the store at which time the male brandished a knife, threatened him then fled with the merchandise. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male suspect was identified as Brandon Torres. He was later located and placed under arrest for Robbery in the First Degree.

Torres has 13 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On February 24, 2023, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the complainant was assaulted and suffered numerous facial injuries from the male later identified as Folaumahina. A good Samaritan/witness intervened to stop the assault in which Folaumahina fled prior to Police arrival. On March 2, 2023, at approximately 5:11 p.m., Police were notified about the location of Folaumahina and were able to locate and confirm positive identification of Folaumahina as the male who assaulted the complainant. Folaumahina was subsequently placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

Folaumahina has two (2) prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kapolei area.

Guillermo is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

On August 22, 2022, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the complainants, who were tourists, parked and locked their rental car and where on a hike when they observed a male shatter the window and make unauthorized entry into their vehicle. The complainants drove their damaged vehicle after the male as he fled in his own vehicle. Police were notified and was able to locate the male after the complainants positioned their damaged vehicle to stop the male from driving away. The male, who was positively identified as Jeremia Guillermo, was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Guillermo has six (6) prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa Beach and Honolulu areas.

Hyram Hao is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Hearing on Motion for Revocation of Probation on 1/8/25.

On September 5, 2018, at about 3:15 p.m., an employee of the Kapolei Macy’s Store observed a male enter the store then proceed to select various clothing items then exit the store without making payment for the items which were valued at over $856.80. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Hyram Hao. He was later located and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

Hao has 29 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waianae area.

Kainalu Dudoit Wilhelm is wanted for a $70,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.

On July 7, 2024, at approximately 12:53 a.m., the complainant was dropping his friend off at a residence in the Kaimuki area. Upon arriving at the residence, a male approached the complainant’s vehicle and pointed a gun at him. The male then used the butt of the gun to shatter the complainant’s windshield. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Kainalu Wilhelm, under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Third Degree and Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Dudoit Wilhelm has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
