James Snider is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Court
On May 13, 2021, at approximately 12:11 p.m., the complainants were sitting in
the living room of their home in the Waianae area when an unknown male
unlawfully entered the residence. The complainants, fearing for their safety, told
the male to leave the apartment and called 911 for assistance. The male
eventually left the apartment and was detained by neighbors until Officers
arrived. Officers were able to positively identify the male as James Snider. On
May 13, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., James Snider was placed under
arrest for the offense of Unauthorized Entry in a Dwelling in the Second Degree.
James Snider has 5 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kapolei and
Waianae areas.

Pualana Purdy-Goodhind is wanted for a $15,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Appear for Sentencing.
On May 25, 2023, at approximately 6:11 a.m., at a beach park in the Kailua area,
a female suspect made threats against the complainants using a dangerous
instrument. The complainants feared for their lives and fled the area hastily
forgetting a bag with personal items behind during the chaos. The complainants
called 911 for assistance and responding Officers were able to detain the female
upon their arrival. Officers located the bag and the dangerous instrument on the
suspect who was positively identified as Pualana Purdy-Goodhind. On May 25,
2023, at approximately 6:47 a.m., Pualana Purdy-Goodhind was arrested for the
offense of Robbery in the First Degree.
Pualana Purdy-Goodhind, has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu and Kailua areas.

George Stanley is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On March 3, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m., in the Waimanalo area, a male
suspect made threats against a juvenile complainant using a dangerous
instrument, causing the juvenile complainant to fear for his safety. The juvenile
complainant’s parent called 911 for assistance, but the male suspect left the area
before the Officer’s arrival. As a result of a thorough investigation, George
Stanley was positively identified as the suspect. On July 27, 2021, George
Stanley was charged by The Prosecutor’s Office with the offense of Terroristic
Threatening in the First Degree.

Troy Christian Haney is wanted on an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Appear for Court.
On January 9, 2025, at approximately 12:46 a.m., at a Honolulu area
Government Building, the male suspect assaulted the complainant employed as
a Security Guard after being told the building was closed and to leave the
premises. The male suspect fled the scene after assaulting the complainant but
was detained nearby by responding Officers, and was positively identified by the
complainant. Troy Christian Haney was placed under arrest for the offense of
Assault in the Second Degree on January 9, 2025, at approximately 1:14 a.m.
Troy Christian Haney has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the
Honolulu area.

Mikael Mikami is wanted for a $10,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Supervised Release.
On November 29, 2024, at approximately 7:48 a.m., at a beach park in the
Nanakuli area, a male suspect made threats against the complainant using a
dangerous instrument in which the complainant feared for her life. The
complainant called 911 for assistance and responding Officers were unable to
detain the male as he fled upon their arrival.
On November 30, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Officers returned to the
scene and located the dangerous instrument and the suspect nearby who was
positively identified as Mikael Mikami. On November 30, 2024, at approximately
9:38 p.m., Mikael Mikami was arrested for the offense of Terroristic Threatening
in the First Degree.
Mikael Mikami, has nine prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
and Nanakuli areas.

Keiki Akitekit is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear and
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Court.
On July 27, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m., in the parking lot of a Makiki area
residence, a male suspect made unauthorized entry into a vehicle and took cash
and personal property belonging to the vehicle’s owner. Police were notified and
were able to locate and detain the male suspect nearby recovering all items
except the cash. The male suspect was positively identified as Keiki Akitekit. On
July 27, 2021, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Keiki Akitekit was arrested for the
offense of Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Sean Woolsey is wanted for an $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply with
the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.
On January 19, 2022, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Sean Woolsey arrived at the
complainant’s residence in the Haleiwa area to provide an estimate for repairs
and received $2900.00 in cash to start the job on January 22, 2022. Sean
Woolsey deceived the complainant and failed to appear on the agreed-upon
dates, which ranged from January 22, 2022, through February 23, 2022. A
Police report for theft was documented on February 25, 2022.
Through the course of a thorough investigation, Sean Woolsey was positively
identified as the suspect who deceived the complainant by taking money for
repair services that were never provided. On March 30, 2022, the Prosecutor’s
Office accepted the charges against Sean Woolsey for the offense of Theft in the
First Degree.
Sean Woolsey has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Haleiwa,
Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

Kayla Uyeshiro is wanted for a $11,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On March 31, 2024, between approximately 3:42 p.m. and 5:05 p.m., a female
suspect selected and concealed items from a retail establishment in the Salt
Lake area and exited the store without making a payment. An asset protection
officer stopped and detained the female suspect, recovering all items valued at
more than $773.00. Officers were notified via dispatch on March 31, 2024, at
approximately 6:42 p.m. regarding the female in custody, and they positively
identified Kayla Uyeshiro as the suspect who had shoplifted from the store. On
March 31, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Kayla Uyeshiro was arrested for the
offense of Theft in the Second Degree.
Kayla Uyeshiro has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu,
Kalihi, Kailua, and Kapahulu areas.

Angelina Tawfeek is wanted for a $50,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear
for Trial.
On June 9, 2025, at approximately 1:15 p.m., at a Beauty Salon located near the
Keeaumoku Street area, the suspect and two complainants got into a verbal
argument which escalated into a physical altercation. The complainants were
assaulted and suffered injuries caused by the female suspect who fled from the
area before the Officers arrival. Police were notified and initiated a Police Report
for the assault. On June 10, 2025, at approximately 1:02 p.m., Officers were
able to locate and confirm positive identification of Angelina Tawfeek as the
female who assaulted the complainants. Angelina Tawfeek was placed under
arrest for two counts of the offenses Assault in the Second Degree.

Pomaikai Olson is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear.
On November 26, 2023, in the early morning hours just before 2:23 a.m., at a car
dealership in the Aiea area, a male suspect unlawfully damaged thirteen vehicles
as well as three windows of the showroom. The estimated cost to repair the
windows and vehicles was in excess of $25,000.00. Responding Officers located
the male suspect on site, who was positively identified as Pomaikai Olson, and
was responsible for causing damage to the dealership showroom and vehicles
on the property. On November 26, 2023, at approximately 3:36 a.m., Pomaikai
Olson was arrested for the offense of Criminal Property Damage in the First
Degree.
Pomaikai Olson has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Aiea and
Downtown Honolulu areas.

Timothy Ellis Jr. is wanted for a $100,000 Bench Warrant for multiple criminal
offenses.
On June 18, 2025, in a residence located in the Nanakuli area, Timothy Ellis Jr.
strangled a juvenile complainant, causing pain and injuries. Through further
investigation, it was discovered that Timothy Ellis Jr. had also committed multiple
offenses of Terroristic Threatening and Abuse of Family/Household Member, on
a second complainant who had intervened during the strangulation episode.
On July 11, 2025, a Warrant of Arrest was issued for Timothy Ellis Jr., including
four counts of Abuse of Family/Household Member and three counts of
Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree.
Timothy Ellis Jr. has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Ewa
Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, and Waianae areas.

McLoyd Kamaka is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply
with Terms and Conditions of Court.
On July 24, 2018, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. on July 25, 2018, in the Waipahu
area, the complainant’s vehicle, a VW SUV, was stolen. On August 6, 2018, at
approximately 9:40 a.m., on the Board of Water Supply property in the Waianae
Valley road area, the complainant’s vehicle, a VW SUV, was located and
reported to dispatch as an unauthorized vehicle on property. The caller
witnessed a male suspect operating the vehicle and waited for Police to respond.
On August 6, 2018, at approximately 11:38 a.m., the Police were able to locate
and detain the male suspect. The male suspect was positively identified as
McLoyd Kamaka, and he was arrested for the offense of Unauthorized Control of
Propelled Vehicle.
McLoyd Kamaka has eighteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the
Honolulu, Kalihi, Kaneohe, and Waianae areas.

Lon Jay Dance is wanted for an $11,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On November 13, 2024, at approximately 9:45 a.m., at a business establishment
in the Mc Cully area, a male suspect made threats using a dangerous instrument
in which the complainant successfully defended himself with a broom. The
complainant called 911 for assistance and responding Officers were able to
detain the male suspect nearby who was positively identified as Lon Jay Dance.
On November 13, 2024, at approximately 10:04 a.m., Lon Jay Dance was
arrested for the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Chad Ahuna is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with
Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On August 11, 2024, at approximately 7:25 a.m., in the Makiki area, the
complainant was assaulted by the male suspect. Police were notified and
responded.
On August 11, 2024, at approximately 7:55 a.m., Officers were able to locate and
confirm positive identification of Chad Ahuna as the male who assaulted the
complainant. Chad Ahuna was arrested for the offense of Assault in the Second
Degree.
Chad Ahuna has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu
area.

Dane Lemes-Keller is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 3:24 a.m., in the Ewa Beach area, a witness
observed a male suspect enter and take items from his Father’s parked vehicle.
The male suspect fled the area in possession of the complainant’s property
before the Officers’ arrival. A police report was generated, and video of the
suspect was obtained through the course of the investigation.
On April 10, 2023, at approximately 6:10 p.m., Officers positively identified Dane
Lemes-Keller as the person who entered and took items from within the
complainant’s vehicle. On April 24, 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office accepted the
charge against Dane Lemes-Keller for the offense of Unauthorized Entry into
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Desi Manalo is wanted for a $15,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for
Court.
On July 29, 2022, at approximately 3:12 p.m., a female suspect selected and
concealed items from a retail establishment in the Kahala area and exited the
store without making a payment. An asset protection officer stopped and
detained the female suspect, recovering all items valued at more than $890.
Officers were able to positively identify Desi Manalo as the suspect who
shoplifted from the store. On July 29, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Desi
Manalo was arrested for the offense of Theft in the Second Degree.

Kendrell O. Johnson is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to Comply
with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On February 15, 2023, at approximately 11:20 a.m., in the Aina Haina area, a
male suspect made threats against the complainant using a dangerous
instrument and also assaulted the complainant causing injuries. Responding
Officers located and detained the male suspect and positively identified Kendrell
O. Johnson as the male who threatened and assaulted the complainant. On
February 15, 2023, at approximately 12:28 p.m., Kendrell O. Johnson was
arrested for the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree.

Haina, Honolulu, and Waikiki areas.

Edward A. Deplae II is wanted for a $15,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On June 10, 2021, at approximately 9:40 a.m., in the Nuuanu area, the male
suspect was operating his motor vehicle, a Chevrolet SUV, which Officers
declared a motor vehicle pursuit by activating patrol vehicle blue lights and
vehicle siren. The suspect collided with HPD patrol car vehicle in order to flee
the area as the Officers terminated the pursuit as a result of vehicular damage
caused by the suspect. On June 14, 2021, undercover Officers were able to
locate the male suspect and positively identified him as the suspect operating the
Chevrolet SUV which damaged the HPD patrol vehicle. On June 14, 2021, at
approximately 3:51 p.m., Edward A. Deplae II was placed under arrest for
Criminal Property Damage in the First Degree, and Resisting an Order to Stop a
Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Honolulu area.

Michelle Marie Grimes, is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for Failure to
Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.
On January 18, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m., at a department store located
in the Kailua area, a female concealed multiple items and exited the store without
making payment. A store Security Officer recognized the female from previous
incidents and called 911 for assistance. Responding Officers located the suspect
outside the store with multiple stolen items valued at more than $750.00, and she
was positively identified as Michelle Marie Grimes. On January 18, 2023, at
approximately 9:55 a.m., Michelle Marie Grimes was arrested for the offense of
Theft in the Second Degree. While reviewing video surveillance, it was
discovered that she was also responsible for a theft on January 16, 2023, and
was also arrested for the offense of Theft in the Third Degree.
Michelle Marie Grimes has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent
the Kailua, Kalihi, and Waianae areas.

Victor Notrangelo IV is wanted for a $20,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to
Comply with the terms and conditions of Probation.
On May 12, 2021, at about 4:30 p.m., a male suspect unlawfully entered the
complainant’s residence in the Waianae area, damaged property, and assaulted
and threatened the complainant and her adult daughter. The male fled the area
before the Officer’s arrival. The male was identified by both family members as
Victor Notrangelo IV. On October 26, 2021, based on a thorough investigation
and conferral with the Prosecutor’s Office, Victor Notrangelo IV was charged with
the offenses of Burglary in the First Degree, and Terroristic Threatening in the
First Degree.
