On September 24, 2016 at about 4:30 p.m., a male entered the Money Mart in the Aiea area and handed the teller a check to be cashed. The teller noticed discrepancies on the check and notified the account holder who stated that their check had been stolen. Police were notified but the male left prior to their arrival. Through the investigation, the male was identified as Julian York. He was later located and placed under arrest for Forgery in the Second Degree.

Hall is wanted for a $20,000 Cash Only Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Probation.

On February 13, 2016 at about 6:20 a.m., a witness heard a female yelling outside of his apartment in the Vineyard Boulevard area. The witness looked outside of his lanai and observed a female shatter the back window of his brother in law’s vehicle. The female then walked up to a juvenile female and demanded her cell phone. When the juvenile refused, the female pushed her down and punched her mouth causing her tooth to break off. The female then fled with the juvenile’s phone. Police were notified and was able to locate the female nearby. The female, who was later identified as Dyanna Hall was subsequently placed under arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Fourth Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree. When Hall was later transported to the main police station to be processed, officers recovered a glass smoking pipe with residue which she had concealed on her. Hall was then re-arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Hall has three prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On May 27, 2019 at about 6:30 p.m., the victim was sitting at a bus stop on Lumiaina Street near Paiwa Street. The victim was talking on her cell phone and had her purse lying next to her when an unknown male grabbed the purse and a struggle ensued. The male was able to wrestle the purse away from the victim and started to run away. A passerby saw what had happened and tackled the male. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Jose Pompa, under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

On August 24, 2016 at about 8:45 p.m., the complainant left his vehicle with the valet of a Waikiki Hotel. The valet left the keys to the vehicle in the ignition so that he could later move the vehicle. A short time later, a security guard observed a male trying to start the vehicle. The security guard approached the male at which time the male stated that the vehicle was his. The valet arrived on scene and confirmed that the vehicle did not belong to the male. Police were notified and placed the male, later identified as Joel Caruso, under arrest for Attempted Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

Caruso has no prior conviction and has no local address.

On August 11, 2018 at about 3:53 a.m., the victim was approached by a group of males in the Waikiki area. One of the males brandished a firearm and demanded the victim’s property. The other male placed the victim in a choke hold and took the victim’s back pack and fled the scene. Police were notified and was able to locate a male nearby in possession of the victim’s backpack. The male, who was later identified as Terrence Legrande, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. He was also arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Promoting a Detrimental Drug in the Third Degree after Officers recovered a bag of suspected cocaine and marijuana from his pant’s pocket

On September 23, 2016 at about 12:50 a.m., the complainant invited a female to his Waikiki apartment for companionship. While in the apartment, the complainant went into the shower and when he was done he discovered that the female had left. The complainant also discovered that various watches and jewelry was missing. The complainant called police and filed a police report for the stolen items. On September 28, 2016, the complainant saw the same female walking in the Waikiki area and notified police. The female, who was later identified as Marsha Hoffman, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

On November 12, 2012 at about 4:26 a.m., Ala Moana Shopping Center security officers observed two males to break into the Tech Armor kiosk and take items. The security officers confronted the two males who then fled on foot. Security officers were able to locate the males nearby and notified police. One of the males who broke into the kiosk was identified as Richard Kelly. He was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree

Alexander is wanted for a $35,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on July 31, 2018.

On September 22, 2014 at about 5:32 p.m., an HPD Officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Waialae Avenue. Upon his arrival, he observed a silver Ford Explorer to be one of the vehicle’s involved in the accident. Upon making checks of the vehicle’s involved, it was discovered that the Ford Explorer had been reported stolen earlier in the day from a Waikiki hotel. The male driver, later identified as Alexander Early III, was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

On May 21, 2014 at about 12:30 p.m., a loss prevention officer for Walmart observed a female loading items into her shopping cart. The loss prevention officer then observed the female to place the items into empty shopping bags that she had brought. The female then exited the store without making any attempts to pay for the items. The loss prevention officer stopped the female outside of the store and called police. The total value of the items taken was over $1,000. The female, who was later identified as Alexis Jamison, was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

Jamison has six prior convictions and frequents the Ewa Beach area.

On December 6, 2017 at about 6:30 p.m., the victim was at his Kapolei residence when he heard someone pounding on his front door. Two males then walked into the victim’s residence and one of the males began to accuse the victim of killing his cat. The male then began to assault the victim causing him injuries. Police were notified and the male who assaulted the victim was identified as Jeffrey Weisgerber. He was subsequently placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree.

On September 9, 2015 at about 12:05 a.m., an HPD Officer was on patrol in the Waipahu area when he observed a male operating a moped in a commercial business area. When the male saw the Officer, he quickly parked the moped and began walking away from it. When the Officer made checks on the moped, he discovered that it had been reported stolen on September 1, 2015 from the Pearl City area. The Officer was able to locate the male, later identified as Chris Pulusila, a short distance away and place him under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle.

On August 20, 2016, at about 7:25 a.m., Francis Taro was involved in an argument with his brother in law at their family residence. Taro’s sister tried to intervene but was punched by Taro. Police were notified and while waiting for the police to arrive, Taro stabbed his brother in law with a knife. Upon the arrival of police, Taro was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree and Abuse of a Family or Household Member. On December 19, 2010 at about 4:11 p.m., the victim was driving his vehicle in Waikiki when another vehicle nearly collided with his. The driver of the other vehicle approached the victim and punched him through the open window. Police were notified and subsequently placed the male, later identified as Robert Miles, under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into Motor Vehicle in the First Degree.

Petiru is wanted for a $25,000 Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of Deferral.

On January 9, 2016 at about 2:36 a.m., an HPD Sergeant was patrolling the Kapiolani Boulevard area when he observed a moped being operated with two occupants on it. The HPD Sergeant initiated a stop on the moped at which time he observed that the moped’s ignition had been punched. Further checks revealed that the moped had been reported stolen on January 7, 2016 from the Punahou Area. The driver of the moped, later identified as Masaki Petiru, was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of Propelled Vehicle. While patting down Petiru after his arrest, Officer’s recovered a glass smoking pipe with whitish residue in Petiru’s pants pocket. Petiru was then also arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia. Petiru has no prior conviction and frequents the Honolulu area.

Dickerson is wanted for a $50,000 bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial Call before the Honorable Paul B.K. Wong on June 21, 2017.

On December 22, 2016 at about 2:45 p.m., Dickerson was a guest staying at the Outrigger Reef Hotel when she tried to use a voucher to pay for her bill. The hotel manager later discovered that the voucher was fraudulent and when he confronted her, she tried to flee the area. Hotel security was able to locate Dickerson at which time police were notified. Dickerson was subsequently placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree. Dickerson has no prior convictions and has no known local address.

Helly is wanted for a $100,000 warrant for failure to appear for sentencing.

On May 8, 2008, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the victim was walking through Makiki District Park when he was involved in a physical confrontation with Helly. During the confrontation, Helly used a dangerous instrument to stab the victim. Police were called and Helly was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

On June 17, 2016 at about 6:00 p.m., the complainant had just parked his vehicle when he was approached by a male who pointed a handgun at him and fired two shots towards him. The complainant got back into his vehicle and drove away. The complainant later located the male that had fired the shots at him and called police. Prior to police arriving, the male got into the passenger side of a vehicle that Pagilawan was driving and fled the area. Through investigation, Pagilawan was positively identified as the get away driver. On July 27, 2016 at 12:40 p.m., Pagilawan was located and placed under arrest for Hindering Prosecution in the First Degree. Pagilawan fifteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kaneohe and Honolulu Areas.

Matthew Okumura is wanted for a $30,000 Info Charge Warrant.

On September 20, 2010, at approximately 5:25 pm., the complainants returned to their apartment on South Street and confronted a male in their living room. Another male appeared from behind the door and both males fled from the apartment. Security for the building was notified and reviewed surveillance video. One of the males on the video was observed using a fob key to enter the building. The key was registered to a resident of the building and her son was identified as the user. The male was located and arrest by police for the burglary. During the interview he identified Okumura as the other male involved in the burglary. Okumura has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

Malika Morris who is wanted for a $50,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Trial Call on March 9, 2017.

On April 10, 2016, Morris used a debit card to pay for her hotel room in Waikiki. On April 11, 2016, the owner of the card noticed a fraudulent charge on his card and called the hotel who immediately initiated an investigation. The employees of the hotel were instructed to call police upon Morris’s return. She was located and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Second Degree, Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, and Theft in the Second Degree. She has one prior conviction and is from Oakland, California.
